Technical audits and recommendations
Specific services will be detailed in your proposal or service agreement.
We reserve the right to refuse any service that compromises security, ethics, or compliance.
2. Client Responsibilities
To deliver accurate and timely services, you agree to:

Provide truthful and complete information

Supply necessary access credentials when required

Maintain secure passwords and update them after project completion

Ensure lawful use of all accounts, software, and tools

Communicate promptly regarding changes or issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information or inaccessible systems.
3. Payments & Billing

Payment terms will be stated in your proposal and/or invoice.

All invoices must be paid by the due date indicated.

Late or unpaid invoices may result in paused services.

For setup projects, payment may be required upfront or in phases.

Third-party subscription costs (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, domains, POS tools) are the client’s responsibility.
All sales for digital or technical services are generally final, except where otherwise specified in your service agreement.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If a cancellation/refund policy has been provided separately, that policy governs.
Otherwise:

Appointments must be rescheduled with reasonable notice.

Missed appointments may result in a fee.

Project cancellations after work has begun may still require full or partial payment based on hours or work completed.
We reserve the right to cancel a project at our discretion due to inappropriate conduct, non-payment, or security concerns.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client information, data, and credentials as confidential.
We commit to:

Using provided information only for the purpose of completing services

Keeping sensitive material secure

6. Third-Party Services

We provide professional recommendations, configurations, and technical support; however:

We cannot guarantee that third-party platforms or tools will function error-free

We cannot guarantee prevention of all cybersecurity threats
You acknowledge that results depend on factors outside our control, including your usage, systems, data quality, and external vendors.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Gothe Technology Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

We are not liable for data loss, account lockouts, or service outages caused by third-party platforms

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the service in question
Clients are responsible for data backups unless explicitly included as part of their service package.
9. Data Access & Security
When required, clients may grant temporary access to accounts or systems.
We agree to:

Use access only for the stated service

Store credentials securely and temporarily

Encourage clients to update passwords upon project completion
You are responsible for maintaining your own long-term security practices.
10. Intellectual Property
All documents, audit reports, SOPs, training materials, recommendations, and digital deliverables remain the intellectual property of Gothe Technology Group unless otherwise specified.
Clients receive a license to use deliverables for internal business use only.
They may not be resold or distributed without written consent.
11. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services with written notice.
Upon termination:

All outstanding invoices must be paid

Access to shared files, dashboards, or systems may be revoked

Work completed up to the termination date remains billable
We may terminate services for non-payment, misconduct, or security violations.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
Any disputes shall be resolved in Oklahoma courts.
