Refund Policy – Gothe Technology Group

Gothe Technology Group (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides technical, consulting, and digital services that require time, expertise, and preparation. Because our work often begins immediately—even before the client sees a deliverable—our services follow the refund structure below.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of consulting and digital setup services, all sales are final unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

Once work has begun, refunds are not granted for:

  • Time already invested

  • Completed configurations or setups

  • Audit findings, reports, or recommendations

  • Domain, subscription, or third-party fees

  • Work performed using provided access or credentials

We provide detailed descriptions of services to ensure clients understand what they are purchasing.

2. Project-Based Services

For project services (e.g., Workspace setup, website setup, POS/CRM configuration, cloud organization):

  • If no work has begun: a partial refund may be granted, less a non-refundable administrative fee (typically 20–30%).

  • If work has begun: no refunds will be issued.

  • If the project is completed: no refunds will be issued under any circumstance.

Work “begins” the moment we start planning, auditing, documenting, or logging into systems.

3. Hourly or Troubleshooting Services

For hourly services and troubleshooting:

  • Payments are final once the session is completed.

  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes because results depend on client systems, hardware condition, third-party tools, and uncontrollable variables.

However, if we determine an issue is fully outside our scope (rare), we may credit the time toward a different service.

4. Digital Deliverables & Documentation

Refunds are not provided for digital or intellectual-property-based items, including:

  • SOPs

  • Audit reports

  • Configuration guides

  • Recommendations

  • Training materials

  • Templates

Once delivered—or begun—these items cannot be returned or revoked.

5. Third-Party Subscriptions & Fees

We do not issue refunds for any third-party services purchased through our setup, including:

  • Google Workspace

  • Microsoft 365

  • Domain purchases or transfers

  • CRM subscriptions

  • POS tools

  • Software licenses

These are governed by the policies of the service provider.

6. Missed Appointments

Missed or same-day cancellation appointments may be charged a fee or may not be eligible for a refund—depending on your cancellation policy (I can build that next).

7. Service Dissatisfaction

We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction, but we will:

  • Review any issues

  • Explain the work performed

  • Provide reasonable corrections when aligned with the original scope

Additional revisions or support outside the original scope may require additional billing.

8. Refund Requests

To request consideration for a refund (only applicable in non-started projects):

  • Your name or business name

  • The service purchased

  • Your reason for requesting a refund

  • Proof of payment

Refund decisions are made at our sole discretion.

9. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time.
Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
