Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before their appointment at no cost. Changes made inside the 24-hour window will incur a $35 schedule-change fee. Missed appointments (no-show): 50% of the service rate is charged. We value your time and ask that you value ours - this policy ensures availability and priority for all clients.
